This is an architectural masterpiece. This townhouse in Soller  has been tirelessly reformed over the last 2 years by its loving owners. Immaculate designer pieces have been handpicked from around the world and impressively blend with the original details.

The immaculate townhouse is located at the beginning of Carrer de sa Mar, the most emblematic and oldest street in the municipality of Sóller, right in front of what used to be the stately home of Can Mo, built in 1740 and currently the Cultural Museum dedicated to painting, archaeology, ethnology and ceramics, founded in 1958. The Carrer de sa Mar, in ancient times known as Camí del Mar, was the only means of communication between Sóller and the Port of Sóller, and was therefore the only commercial street for merchandise and passable for everyone. The first houses were built between 1600 and 1700, number 8 being one of the first and oldest.

In spite of the modern renovation, the house still keeps alive the Mallorcan essence of the first construction. This can be seen in the façade, which maintains the original colours of the year 1700, in the hand-restored doors and windows and in the original floors with hydraulic tiles. The ground floor with its opulent ceilings features an impressive entrance hall, designer office, living spaces and laundry room which leads out to the idyllic outdoor patio. From the moment you enter the house, you can appreciate the original essence of the stories it conveys, as well as an envelope of peace and calm that surprises you as it is right in the centre.
